Nastar is one of the most popular Indonesian cookies. It is usually served in special occasions and celebrations such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter or Idul Fitri. Traditional nastar is single-flavoured, i.e. pineapple flavour. Today, we have developed new varieties of nastars which provide various flavours such as strawberry, blueberry, chocolate and cheese.
